Terms and conditions
1. Placing an Order
Prices, shipping rates and other important information are displayed throughout the ordering process. The order is valid only if a complete and accurate form is submitted. If any information provided is unclear we will contact you before accepting your order. Once an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming your order details. Please review all information submitted.
2. Payment
Payments will be processed in CHF and can be done by banque transfer. You will then receive an email confirmation with the grand total of your purchase, the order tracking number and our bank account details. Once your order has been accepted we will start preparing your order for dispatch. Your order will leave our warehouse after payment confirmation or special agreement. Ordered products remains to blueroom GmbH until full payment is obtained.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping to Switzerland, European destinations and to some countries outside the European Union is calculated automatically. Shipping costs are based on price, size and place of delivery. Please contact our staff by email at design@blueroom.ch or by phone at +41 41 535 16 26 regarding unlisted destinations and international air freight in particular. We will be glad to help you. The delivery is shipped to the address specified by the customer. If the information provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete or unclear the customer shall bear all additional osts arising hence. Delivery of available products normally takes place within 2-3 weeks after receipt of the order. Some of our configurable furniture is made specifically for you and may be subject to longer delivery times. We will get in touch with you for appropriate coordination. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. All deliveries will be covered by transport insurance. Please check all packages upon delivery. In case of damage caused by improper handling please notify the deliverer immediately. Additionally we kindly ask you to take a picture and send it to design@blueroom.ch
4. Canceling an Order and Return of Products
You may revoke your order by returning the product with giving a reason within two weeks upon receipt of the product. We will only accept products that are unused.If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping costs after we receive the products. Products must be returned unuse. Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered and an appropriate part of the payment will be retained due to this impairment. This also applies if any accessories or other parts are missing.
5. Warranty policy
blueroom products are designed to the highest standards of quality and durability. We are absoluetely convinced of our products quality. If there is damage caused by proper use of the furniture we will reach a customer-friendly solution even beyond the statutory period of limitation. The limitation period for asserting warranty claims is two years. In the case of a warranty claim, we will repair, replace or refund your original purchase price at our discretion. In the case of certain minor defects we are entitled to give priority to repair these defects.
6. Products
We offer a unique collection of blueroom products and a selection of preferred suppliers on our website. Furniture may be shipped partially assembled. The customer shall be solely responsible for the proper and correct assembly of the products by following the enclosed assembly
and usage instructions.
7. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in CHF incl. VAT.
Customers with a shipping address outside the EU are not subject to sales tax (VAT). Should your shipment be subject to export or import taxes, these are covered at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for payment of national sales taxes and other fees.

The following general terms and conditions are applicable to business relationships only in the version valid at the time an order is placed. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. All mentioned terms and conditions form part of the contract and are accepted by the customer.

Your personal information is only used when necessary to process your order correctly. We promise not to provide your personal information under no circumstances to any other person, business or institution that is not involved in the ordering process. We will send you additional product information via our newsletter from time to time. If you don't want to receive our newsletter you can unsubscribe anytime. Your payment information will be encrypted and transmitted to our payment processor by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information.
